Duet Flats Construction Update

If you haven’t been by the site recently, you’ll be amazed to see the progression of just how quickly Duet Flats are rising up from the ground. Through the use of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), our team is already framing on level five!

Plumbing, sprinklers and electrical are nearing completion in the parking levels, with the plumbing beginning to go up through the framed building. External work such as waterproofing and landscape wall formwork have started on the exterior. Check out some of our recent construction photos below to see the CLT panels flying into place.

Duet Siding Test
Siding on the exterior of Duet was tested during the week, showing off the warm cedar and brick elements, mixed with sleek glass facades, rich exposed CLT panels, and metal details.
