Greenway is the second release of homes at South Ridge Club – a collection of 67 luxury executive-style townhomes inspired by nature’s landscape and architecture. These elegant 3 and 4 bedroom homes, ranging from 1,550 to just under 2,000 square feet, are thoughtfully designed to be spacious and functional. Every resident will enjoy their very own private outdoor space of up to 750 square feet including a private rooftop lanai and generous outdoor deck space. Select homes will offer picturesque views to the North Shore Mountains, and some will enjoy sunny southern exposure.
Virtuoso has been nominated for Adera’s Quiet Home™ technology, an innovative construction method that significantly reduces sound transmission between homes in a wood frame building. The unique design elements of our Quiet Home™ have achieved acoustical test results equal to or better than, concrete, steel, or wood construction built to code using standard metrics.
Virtuoso is our first building constructed using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) a mass timber product that replaces concrete or conventional wood construction. The base material is sourced from sustainably managed BC Forests. CLT arrives factory fabricated and therefore installs quickly and quietly.
The definition of a Virtuoso is ‘a person highly skilled in music or another artistic pursuit’. As an evolution of its predecessor, Prodigy, both the building itself and the brand are a testimony to the relationship between achievement and progression, a harmonious pairing relating to both our customers and our company. High contrast colors, oversized lettering and dramatic photography complement one another to create an identity of beauty and significance.

Beyond the spacious and elegant 3 and 4 bedroom homes, west coast modern architecture and abundance of outdoor space in every home, it is the private access to the clubhouse. South Ridge Club is a full-service, members-only club with a massive array of amenities including a pool, hot tub, private theatre, lounge, gymnasium, fitness room and more. The clubhouse is an extension of our customers’ homes and was designed to support the health and wellness of it’s community members.
