Burnaby Mayor Mike Hurley joined Adera Development at Adera’s Eastlake Campus to celebrate Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification at the high-tech commercial campus.
Eastlake Campus is a completed three-building business park featuring roughly 310,000 square feet of high-tech office and light industrial space, north of the Lougheed Highway near Production Way Station on the Millennium Line.
Eastlake accommodates dozens of innovative and creative office, high technology, laboratory and light industrial flex tenants.
“We want to congratulate Adera on achieving LEED certification at the Eastlake Campus,” said Hurley at the plaque-unveiling ceremony. “This is a significant milestone and one that we value as a city. We are committed to creating the highest quality of life for our community. We’re also dedicated to environmental and economic sustainability. LEED buildings represent these values for their designs that are focused on human and environmental health.”
