Burnaby high-tech sector is growing rapidly. On September 28th, Adera Development Corporation unveiled the final phase of Burnaby’s newest high-tech hub, Eastlake Campus. Eastlake Campus is a LEED certified six-building development at 8335 Eastlake Drive in North Burnaby, British Columbia. Located in Lake City Business District, it’s a short walk from the Production Way / University SkyTrain station.

Eastlake Campus attracts high-tech companies due to its campus style complex with picnic areas, open workspaces, professionally landscaped, fully lit walking trail and green spaces. The campus zoning is CD/M5 Industrial District which permits a wide variety of light industrial uses and high tech uses including general warehousing, wholesaling / distribution, assembly, laboratory and office.

Phase 3 of the Eastlake Campus will be completed Q3 of 2018. It will offer approximately 310,000 square feet of usable space.

“We are beyond excited to be unveiling our third phase of the Eastlake project by showcasing a wall tilt to see more of these incredible buildings taking shape” says Eric Andreasen, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Adera Development Corporation. “We are passionate about our project and our teams have spent countless hours ensuring the Eastlake Campus tech hub will be the ideal space for emerging and existing tech companies.”
