Virtuoso, a new condo development at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, is selling out fast, as only two suites remain. The project features quiet home technology and a central zen garden. For the final two residences, Adera is offering a $25,000 realtor bonus incentive.

As Adera’s 10th building in UBC, Virtuoso is making history as the first market multi-family project using mass timber technology.
