I own a home at Green

My name is Jade Michael Carter and my wife and I are third time buyers of an Adera home. We currently live in Ledgestone Two, next door to Green, and have been happy there for five years. Before that, we lived in Ledgestone One for two years as an entry point into this great neighbourhood. I use our home at Green as my home office and have been there for about a year and a half. I love my career and as founder of Resourcecode Media Inc., I get an opportunity to develop online solutions for companies both here and in Japan, where my career really began. As someone who works in technology, I understand that things are always changing and deadlines are important. With each home I’ve purchased, Adera has always delivered on schedule and followed up with service that really surprised me.

Our home really facilitates every aspect of our lives. We love to walk Cholo, our dog, in Byrne Creek Ravine. On the weekends, we jump on the SkyTrain and go downtown to enjoy the city with family and friends. I think we’ll be staying a while. Adera really has put all the pieces together for us at a reasonable cost. As our family grows, I think we’ll look to Adera to find us a solution that will fit our Live West Coast lifestyle.
