Vancouver, BC — North Vancouver townhome project seven35 won the FortisBC Award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency for New Construction at the recent GVHBA Ovation Awards held in Vancouver. The award marks the first Ovation Award for Adera and adds to the homebuilder’s impressive collection of local, national, and international honours.

Vancouver, BC — North Vancouver townhome project seven35 won two awards at this past weekend’s Georgie Awards including Best Townhome Development, a coveted win in a highly competitive category. seven35 was also awarded a Georgie for Best Innovative Feature, capturing the judges’ attention with its Waste Water Heat Recovery System, the first private residential application in North America.

This year marks the 11th in the past 13 years that Adera has taken home Georgies from the annual awards night, the development industry’s version of the Academy Awards.
